This data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify anyone individually.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analytics only loads if you accept statistics cookies.<\/strong> If you decline or ignore the notice, the script does not run and no browsing data is collected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> your consent.<\/p>\n<h3>Site security<\/h3>\n<p>To protect the site from unauthorised access and automated form submissions we use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wordfence<\/strong>, which logs IP addresses associated with login attempts and blocked requests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google reCAPTCHA<\/strong> on the forms, which analyses browser behaviour to tell people from bots.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloudflare<\/strong>, which acts as a network and security layer in front of the server and processes the IP address of each visit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected.<\/p>\n<h3>Language preference and cookie consent<\/h3>\n<p>The site stores your language and your answer to the cookie notice so it does not have to ask again on every page. Those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses and the adequacy frameworks each provider has signed up to.<\/p>\n<p>If you are in the European Union, note also that <strong>Argentina holds an adequacy decision from the European Commission<\/strong>, so transferring data to our head office is considered equivalent to the European level of protection.<\/p>\n<h2>How long we keep your data<\/h2>\n<p>Enquiries and the correspondence around them are kept <strong>for as long as the commercial relationship lasts<\/strong> \u2014 or the interest in establishing one \u2014 and are cleared out once it ends, unless a legal obligation requires keeping them longer.<\/p>\n<p>Security data (IP logs) is kept for the technical periods each tool sets, in the order of weeks or a few months.<\/p>\n<p>Cookies have their own expiry periods, detailed in the Cookie Policy.<\/p>\n<h2>Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to <strong>access<\/strong> your data, <strong>rectify<\/strong> it if inaccurate, <strong>erase<\/strong> it, <strong>object<\/strong> to our processing, <strong>restrict<\/strong> that processing and request its <strong>portability<\/strong>.
